I am a dedicated Mental Health Counselor passionate about guiding individuals through life’s complexities. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Literature from Pitzer College and hold dual Master’s degrees in Psychology and Mental Health Counseling from Columbia University, where I specialized in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

With a comprehensive academic foundation and extensive clinical experience, I focus on various issues, including anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, body image, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, trauma, and relationship dynamics. My unique perspective on the connection between creativity and mental health allows me to expertly support clients during significant life changes and the pressures prevalent in artistic careers.
