Experience support for self-exploration.

I am a compassionate New York psychotherapist dedicated to creating a warm and supportive space for self-exploration. I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Bellevue University and expertise with advanced certifications in Couples and Family Therapy and Trauma-Informed Therapy from the Neve Family Institute. I use this expertise to help individuals confront the challenges that hinder their connection to their best selves.

With extensive experience in addressing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, stress, depression, anger management, addiction, social anxiety, marital issues, and complex trauma, I am equipped to support clients on their healing journeys.

Grounded in the belief that every individual possesses a deep well of inner strength and wisdom, I collaborate with clients to uncover their unique strengths, values, and experiences. Through this journey, clients gain clarity, authenticity, and self-compassion, empowering them to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience.

This therapy is customized for you.

I believe in each client’s individuality and customize the therapeutic process to fit their unique needs. I utilize a diverse array of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

In my practice, I create a collaborative and empathetic environment that honors and respects each client’s experiences and aspirations. I am committed to creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can safely explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

During the initial session, I focus on getting to know you and allowing you to learn about him. This intake session is an opportunity to build rapport, discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, delve into relevant personal history, and start clarifying your treatment goals. I encourage clients to voice any questions or concerns about the therapy process and their work together.

As therapy progresses, I will work alongside clients to develop a treatment plan that outlines shared goals and strategies for achieving them. This may involve creating specific tools and techniques to address emotional and behavioral challenges and exploring the inner world to acknowledge and heal painful feelings with compassion and acceptance.

Take this journey with me.

Throughout the therapeutic journey, I regularly review goals and adapt my approach to ensure the work aligns with each client’s evolving needs and aspirations. I am deeply committed to facilitating personal growth and helping clients discover new horizons.

My areas of expertise are as follows: Psychotherapy, Depression, Cognitive Therapy, Mental Health Consultation, Psychotherapy Intake/Initial Visit, Adult Psychotherapy, Family Issues, and Anxiety Disorders.

I look forward to accompanying you on your path to self-discovery and well-being.
